Hi, There

Relational Therapy and Coaching Expert

I don’t believe in fixing people. I believe in helping them remember who they were before the fear, the patterns, and the pressure to perform.

I’m a therapist, coach, and mentor, but more than that, I’m someone who has spent years sitting with the deep, hidden parts of human pain.

Not diagnosing it from a distance, but walking alongside it with curiosity, compassion, and clarity.

Most of the people who work with me don’t feel “broken”—they feel exhausted.
They’ve done the work. They’ve read the books. They’ve even been to therapy.
But something still feels stuck.

The patterns show up again in relationships:
They give too much. Trust too fast. Feel anxious or unseen.
Or they keep emotional walls so high that intimacy feels impossible.
They are brilliant, capable, and deeply sensitive—and still struggling to feel safe in their own body, needs, and truth.

My work is about helping people understand where those patterns come from—and how to unwind them with care.

What guides my work:

  • A deep understanding of relational trauma, attachment wounds, and emotional suppression

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS), nervous system healing, and integrative, trauma-informed care

  • A belief that healing is not linear, and it doesn’t always look like joy. Sometimes, it looks like clarity. Or boundaries. Or saying no.

This work is also deeply personal.
Healing my childhood and relational wounds, grieving the deepest loss of my life, and learning how to grow from within, not in spite of pain, but through it, shaped how I show up with my clients.
Not as an expert telling them who to become, but as someone who has walked the path of becoming.

Whether we’re exploring a childhood role you still unconsciously play, a trauma you’ve learned to minimize, or a relationship that mirrors old pain, we move at the pace of your readiness, not the pace of the world’s expectations.

Healing is not a performance.
It’s a return to something quieter. Truer. Yours.

If you’re ready to explore that return, I’m here.

Relational Healing for Emotional and Generational Wounds.

With over a decade of experience in the therapy world, I now support individuals as a coach and mentor, guiding deep emotional healing shaped by toxic relationships, unmet childhood needs, and generational patterns that still echo in adulthood.

You might be outwardly successful, yet still carry invisible burdens—self-doubt, emotional reactivity, people-pleasing, trust issues, fear of intimacy, and perfectionism. These aren't flaws. They're responses to relational trauma—ways your nervous system learned to survive.

My approach isn’t rooted in diagnosis. It’s grounded in understanding.
Together, we explore the emotional and relational experiences that shaped how you see yourself, what you expect from others, and what you believe you're allowed to need.

This work is for those ready to make sense of their patterns, calm the internal chaos, and build relationships, starting with the one they have with themselves.

I believe many of our current struggles are echoes of pain we inherited or learned to suppress.
There’s a quiet suffering in the roles we play, the stories we carry, and the parts of us that learned to stay silent.

In our work, we untangle those layers with care, helping you return to a life that feels emotionally safe, connected, and honest.

If you're ready for deep, personalized support, I invite you to explore the Relational Healing Intensive—a space for reflection, integration, and meaningful change.
